May 30, 2010: Perfect Turf LLC is pleased to announce that the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and Angell Medical Center has installed approximately 2,500sf of Perfect Turf™-PetGrass in their dog walk and exercise area.
The team at MSPCA and Angell Medical Center were attracted to the Perfect Turf™-PetGrass for a number of reasons:
1. The management at Perfect Turf LLC provided MSPCA with a special price since it is a non-profit 5013c organization, then added another discount for being a Beta Site
2. MSPCA was able to install the turf with a group of staff members and volunteers, further saving on the cost of installation
3. Perfect Turf LLC sent an experienced installation expert to work with the volunteers and assure the turf was installed correctly
4. The PetGrass turf itself has antimicrobial agents built into the yarn and backing, these agents kill bacteria and helps keep the surface sanitary and safer for the animals
5. The PetGrass turf looks like real grass, is softer on the dogs’ feet and makes clean up easier than when the dogs used just the cement base below it
